New projected run

I can do a mile in my sleep, first thing in the morning. Good thing too, because I’m almost always half asleep when I’m doing it. Here’s the next projected run:

1.46projrun

I have two different 2.0 mile runs plotted, but one is on a route I haven’t taken. I could end up hating the route and be stuck running a mile back. The other requires printed directions until I memorize the route, and even then the way the roads are laid out, I’m not terribly convinced it’s safe. As it is, crossing from Mt. Pleasant to Maryland is sketchy, since people are rushing to work, and Mt. Pleasant links to Lawrence Road.

In any event, it’s progress. My morning routing requires three times more stretching than the night routine. Anything above two miles is going to require running in the sixes (eep).

EDIT: Lisa just noted that if I do two laps of this and add .2 a mile, that’s a 5K. I might just have run laps, then.
