    1) His father bought him that hat. Because his father hates me and hates all that is good and tasteful in the world.

    2) The ridiculous black hat has guitars on the ridiculous white band, in case you can’t tell from the picture.

    3) He is wrapped in a wedding-themed blanket that my mother gave us as a shower gift.

    4) I stand by my assessment that the entire get-up was ridiculous.
