I’m working at American Health Care, Inc. in Philadelphia, a family owned business.
My family.
It’s kind of weird, but natural at the same time to work there. I could’ve skipped years of wandering and just started working there – lord knows the place needed help. But for some reason I just never got drawn to it.
Until I turned 25, and I guess things were brought into perspective. I guess there are such things as ‘signs’ and ‘omens’ – my recent failures at Comcast seemed to coincide with recent successes at AHC.
And the most funny thing of all this – when I intially turned down the offer to work there, my father responded with ‘No, I don’t accept that response’ and then listed every conceivable reason for me to work there.
There’s also the idea that 5-10 years down the road, it may very well be my (our) business. Frightening and exciting, to say the very least.
Good night.

Cool! Many good wishes for you on your new venture
*crossing fingers that this doesn’t cause “issues”*
Completely agree on the “issues” concern
I’m wondering, will you still hold a position dealing with IT/computers or will you be employed in a different capacity?
